The Delivery Process
This is what takes place from order submission through material arrival at your property.
Submit Your Order
Start by picking a material and quantity. Then enter the zip code for delivery and select a delivery date.
Supplier Arrangement
We arrange a supplier for your order.
Delivery Details
An email will confirm the scheduled delivery date and include the phone number for your nearby supplier.
Dump Truck Delivery
Your order is hauled by dump truck to the driveway or another location you specify on the property.
Delivery Day Details
Before the Truck Arrives
- Prepare the spot where the material will be unloaded
- Plan for dump truck entry: a 12-foot wide route with no branches hanging low or wires
- Use a cone, flag, or another clear marker to show the unloading spot
- You do NOT have to be present. Leave the route open and provide placement directions.
- Keep your phone nearby. The driver may call or text for confirmation.
At Delivery
- For placement questions, the driver will call or text you
- The material is unloaded in a pile at the location you specified
- The usual unloading area is the driveway or accessible ground alongside it
- Delivery generally takes about 10-15 minutes

Delivery Questions
Must I be present for delivery?
No. Leave an open access route and indicate the dump location. The driver will place the material as instructed.
What order size is available?
Order any quantity, from a single ton to a full multi-ton load. Put your project measurements into the calculator, or tell us what is needed and we will load your order.
Can material be unloaded in my backyard?
For safe unloading, dump trucks need a clear, level surface. A truck-accessible backyard can be used. If it is not accessible, the standard location is the driveway or beside the street.
What happens if I order too much or too little?
The calculator can help estimate the amount to order. Need more material later? Place another order. Review the refund policy for cancellation details.
Are weekend deliveries available?
Delivery is currently available on weekdays only (Monday through Friday). Pick the date you prefer during checkout.
What delivery confirmation is sent?
Your order and delivery information will be emailed immediately. Our team will then verify the delivery date and share the supplier's contact information.
What if the truck cannot reach my property?
Dump trucks need an access route at least 12-foot wide, clear of low branches and overhead wires. When the site is unreachable, the driver will unload at the nearest safe spot. Contact us before ordering if site access is a concern.
